With memory running at 12GHz

EVGA has released a new version of its Geforce GTX 1080 Ti FTW3 Elite graphics card, which will not only feature EVGA's iCX Technology cooler with three RGB LED fans but also come with 11GB of 12GHz clocked memory.

While we have already seen EVGA GTX 1080 Ti graphics cards with high factory-overclock, including the flagship GeForce GTX 1080 Ti K|NGP|N, which pushed the GPU toa rather impressive 1582/1695MHz, the new EVGA Geforce GTX 1080 Ti FTW3 Elite is the first to come with 11GB of 12GHz clocked memory, pushing the total memory bandwidth to 528 GB/s.

The new GTX 1080 Ti FTW3 Elite features a custom PCB with 10+2-phase VRM, drawing power from two 8-pin PCIe power connectors and works at 1569/1683MHz for GPU base/Boost clocks. As noted, it packs 11GB of GDDR5X memory on a 384-bit memory interface, which, clocked at 12006MHz, adds up to 528.3 GB/s of memory bandwidth.

The GTX 1080 Ti FTW3 Elite uses EVGA's own dual-slot, triple-fan cooler with iCX technology, which features a total of 11 global patents with nine additional sensors and MCUs embedded on the PCB, onboard thermal LED indicators for GPU, memory and VRM, purposefully-directed airflow chambers, new die-cast baseplate and backplate, full control with EVGA's Precision XOC software and more.

The GTX 1080 Ti FTW3 Elite will be available in Elite Black and White shroud options and is possibly one of the fastest GTX 1080 Ti graphics cards from EVGA, excluding the GTX 1080 Ti K|NGP|N.

Right now, only the GTX 1080 Ti FTW3 Elite White version is available directly from EVGA's webshop for US $849.99 while the Black version has the same price but it is currently not available.
