Review: Manually updating from 7 / 8.1 to Windows 10

Windows 10 is officially available and you can get it as a free upgradeif you own a genuine version of Windows 7 or Windows 8.1. Microsoft has said that it will roll out the updates in waves and there is no way to know when it will be your turn.
