Built around a 13.3-inch FHD IPS touchscreen, the Yoga C630 WOS (Windows on Snapdragon) is based on the well known Qualcomm Snapdragon 850 SoC, paired up with 4GB/8GB of RAM and 128GB/256GB of internal storage. What makes it special is the fact that it features the Snapdragon X20 LTE modem, supporting download speed fo 1.2Gbps and upload of up to 150Mbps, over LTE, of course.
According to details provided by Lenovo, the Yoga C630 WOS will provide up to 25+ hours of on a single charge (61WHr battery), all thanks to Snapdragon 850 SoC platform, and it comes with a special Standby mode, which allows it to stay connected without wasting a lot of power. It is also worth to note that due to the Snapdragon 850 platform, this is a completely fanless design.
Unlike earlier devices, Qualcomm has designed the Snapdragon 850 for this kind of devices, so it should be much better than earlier attempts of Windows on ARM.
As this is the 2-in-1 solution, the Yoga C630 WOS can be used as a tablet with its 360-degree hinge and can be paired up with an optional Lenovo Pen.
The Lenovo Yoga C630 WOS also comes with two USB-C ports, headphones jack, fingerprint sensor, and a SIM card slot, which might also double up as a microSD card slot.
While we do not have precise measurements of the Yoga C630 WOS, Lenovo did note that it has a slim 12.5mm profile and weighs just 1.2kg.
The Lenovo Yoga C630 WOS should be available in November with a price starting at $849.99/€999.
