Also adds a Core i9-14901KE Flagship With 8 P-Cores

Intel has introduced new SKUs within the family, featuring only P-Cores and no E-Core technology.

These 11 new 14th Gen “E” SKUs are based on the Raptor Cove P-Cores and are aimed at the Embedded and Commercial market.

The top SKU, the Core i9-14901KE, has 8 P-Cores, 16 threads, a base clock of 3.8 GHz, and boost clocks up to 5.8 GHz, with 36 MB of L3 and 16 MB of L2 cache. Other SKUs in the family include Core i7 and Core i5 CPUs, also with P-Cores only.

Some distributors and retailers may offer these chips and will probably be rare.

Intel is also preparing more P-Core-only SKUs, such as the Bartlett Lake-S chips, expected to launch in 2025.

The new SKUs are designed to provide high performance for specific market needs despite the ongoing instability issues in the broader CPU family.

Here is the SKU list.
