A small mandatory update is already being pushed out by Microsoft for the Xbox 360. The update takes care of a number of small issues, with many of them related to issues with the recently introduced SmartGlass support.
The update is said to correct issues with play lists being displayed incorrectly, as well as an issue with the closed captioning. The installation of the update is apparently very quick, and if you are not watching you might just miss the download and installation of the update.
