As expected, and rumored earlier, and now detailed in the latest leak spotted by Videocardz.com, the Radeon RX 7600 is based on the RDNA 3 Navi 33 XL GPU, but, apparently, it will be using the older 6nm manufacturing process. It will pack 13.3 billion transistors on a die size of 204 mm2. The Radeon RX 7600 gets 32 RDNA3 CUs, leaving it with 2,048 Stream Processors, 32 Ray Accelerators, and 64 AI Accelerators. It has 64 ROPs, 128 TMUs, and comes with 32MB of 2nd gen Infinity Cache.

It will use a PCIe 4.0 x8 interface, and come with 8GB of 18Gbps GDDR6 memory on a 128-bit memory interface, adding up to 288GB/s of memory bandwidth.

The reference version will work at 2,250MHz for the GPU base and 2,625MHz for the GPU Boost clocks. The TBP is set at 165W and it will need a single 8-pin PCIe power connector. AMD recommends a 550W PSU. According to leaks and rumors, the Radeon RX 7600 should launch on May 25th at $299.
