The notch was started by Essential PH-1 and to give Essential some innovation credit, this is still the smallest notch from all announced and shipping phones. Some OnePlus enthusiasts are not happy about the notch, but this is not something that OnePlus can change overnight.
It has become clear that most phones in 2018 will have a notch but don’t despair. This is just a transitional solution as the notch will get less significant in the future. The OnePlus 6 will definitely end up packed with some great technology, lot of storage and RAM starting with 6GB RAM and 64 GB storage and probably having at least 8GB RAM and 128 GB storage option too. It is good that the phone will launch with Android 8.1 below the Oxygen 5.1 skin.
Another good thing, if the leaked pictures turn out to be accurate, are the adoption of a dual camera approach. The zoom lens with different aperture is something you learn to embrace and use very often.
