The event is set for the 28th of April in China, and according to the teaser posted over at Weibo, the new Mate Xs could get an updated hinge, as well as expected hardware improvements. The details and rumors are scarce, but some listings suggested Kirin 9000 SoC, which is not a big surprise.
The original Huawei Mate Xs, which launched about two years ago, received mixed reviews, and was mostly criticized for its unpolished design, noticeable display crease, and some other issues.
It is still not clear if Huawei has any plans or ways to offer the device outside of China.
