As detailed and seen earlier, the EVGA X570 DARK is an E-ATX form-factor motherboard, measuring 304.8x276.6mm, allowing EVGA to pack quite a few options and features. As noted, it is based on AMD's X570 chipset, with a 90-degree CPU socket, which should improve cooling with twin-fan coolers.
It also supports up to 64GB of DDR4 4800MHz+ memory in two DIMM slots and features 17-phase VRM, 10-layer PCB, 100 percent Solid State capacitors, and 150 percent increased socket gold content.
The EVGA X570 DARK comes with two PCI 4.0 x16 and one PCIe x4 slot, six native SATA 6Gbps and two ASMedia SATA 6Gbps ports, two PCIe gen4 M.2 slots under EVGA heatsink, two Intel 2.5Gbps Ethernet ports, WiFi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2, reinforced PCIe slots and more.
EVGA included several user- and overclocking-friendly features like angled connectors, PCIe disable switches, two ARGA and two RGB headers, dedicated pump headers, additional PCIe 6-pin power, ProbeIt header, BIOS selection switch, multi-function POST indicators, onboard buttons, and more.
The EVGA X570 DARK is currently listed over at EVGA's ship as out of stock, but the price is set at $689.99, which puts it in line with some of the most expensive X570 motherboards on the market.
