According to the release notes, the HWiNFO version 8.0 officially ends support for Windows XP/Vista, and somewhat ends support for 32-bit systems, which are still supported, but only via a portable installer. The biggest update is the official introduction of a built-in On-Screen-Display (OSD), which was previously in beta phase. The latest version fixes some issues that the OSD had in the beta phase.
Additionally, the newest version of HWiNFO adds support for Nvidia Geforce RTX 4070 and RTX 4060 graphics cards, improves support for Raptor Lake-PS, as well as enhances sensor monitoring on ASUS NUC series, Gigabyte Z790 and B760 motherboards, ASUS TUF GAMING Z790-PRO WIFI motherboard, and health monitoring of some NVMe drives connected via Intel RST. The new version also fixes AMD Hawk Point iGPU support.
