Computex 2024: 7-inch AMOLED FHD 120Hz screen, Ryzen 7 8840U, and more

Zotac came to the Computex 2024 show with a rather big surprise, the new Zotac Zone handheld gaming console, which should be ready to launch in Q3 2024.

Computex 2024: Based on Intel's Meteor Lake

Cooler Master brought plenty of new PC cases and gaming peripherals to the Computex 2024 show, but it also unveiled a small desktop PC based on Intel's Meteor Lake, called the Cooler Master Mini X.

MSI unveiled its new SPATIUM M560 PCIe 5.0 NVMe M.2 SSD based on the Phison E31T controller and Kioxia's 218-layer BiCS 3D TLC NAND at the Computex 2024 show in Taipei. The company also showcased the new SPATIUM non-metal Vapor Chamber SSD Thermal Solution.

Noctua came in force to the Computex 2024 show, unveiling a couple of CPU prototypes as well as the upcoming new version of the NH-D15 CPU cooler and new NF-A14x25 fan.

Computex 2024: Says goodbye to USB Type-A ports at the back

ASRock showcased a lot of products at the Computex 2024 show, but one that caught everyone's attention is certainly the upcoming next-generation Z890 Taichi Aqua flagship motherboard for Intel's upcoming Arrow Lake-S processors. The big surprise is the complete lack of USB Type-A ports at the back, leaving it with only USB Type-C ports.

Computex 2024: Keeping the 8-year-old socket alive

In addition to the new Zen parts and the Ryzen 9000 series processors, AMD has also announced two new Zen 3 Ryzen 5000 SKUs for the now 8-year-old socket AM4, the Ryzen 9 5900XT and the Ryzen 7 5800XT, both launching next month.

During its Computex 2024 keynote, AMD went full on Zen 5, unveiling its new Ryzen 9000 series desktop and new Ryzen AI 300 series mobile processors, among other things, showing what to expect in near future and heavily focusing on AI, of course.

G.Skill has announced that it will be bringing its "A" game to the Computex 2024 show, including new DDR5 memory, peripherals, AIO CPU cooler, and PC cases, as well as annual events, including the 10th Annual OC World Record Stage 2024, the 8th Annual OC World Cup 2024, and the 4th Annual G.SKILL Extreme Mod Stage 2024.
