New game support for FSR4

AMD has released the latest Radeon Software Adrenalin 25.5.1 WHQL driver update, adding support for the recently released Radeon RX 9070 GRE graphics card and FSR4 support for new games.

The first images of AMD’s rumoured Radeon RX 9070 GRE have leaked online, and it looks like it will be a cheaper, nerfed version of its RDNA 4 lineup—if it ever escapes China.

Radeon might be next

AMD has open-sourced its GPU-IOV Module which lets Instinct accelerators play nice with virtual machines—and hinted it's coming to Radeon cards too. This means SR-IOV support on client GPUs might finally claw its way out of the void.

According to a fresh leak, it appears that AMD is bringing the launch of its Radeon RX 9060 XT graphics forward to May 18th. The same source also suggests that the Radeon RX 9070 GRE is also pushed back to Q4.

Geforce RTX 5060 Ti and RTX 5060

According to the latest rumors, it appears that Nvidia could announce its Geforce RTX 5060 series next week, most likely on March 13th. The information comes from Nvidia AIC partners, and we could see RTX 5060 Ti in both 8GB and 16GB versions and the RTX 5060 with 8GB of VRAM.

Launching on March 6th, priced at $549 for RX 9070 and $599 for RX 9070 XT

After an endless stream of leaks, rumors, and wild guesses, AMD has now officially announced its new RDNA 4-based Radeon RX 9070 series graphics cards, the Radeon RX 9070 XT and the Radeon RX 9070. Both cards will launch on March 6th, coming from usual AMD AIB partners like Acer, Asus, ASRock, Powercolor, Sapphire, XFX, and others. In addition, AMD has provided a bit more details about its FidelityFX Super Resolution (FSR 4).
